This website is operated by Hishopie Naturals, Wayanad, Kerala — 673592. We sell Bodhi branded hair oils for external use.
2. Products and pricing
Product descriptions, quantity and prices are displayed on the website. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of taxes. The currently listed prices for each 100 ml bottle are White Label ₹499, Black Label ₹599 and Gold Label ₹699. Prices and availability may change for future orders, but the total shown when your order is placed will apply to that order.
3. Orders
An order is accepted after the required details are submitted and we confirm availability. Please provide an accurate name, phone number, PIN code and delivery address. We may contact you to verify an order or clarify delivery details.
4. Payments
Available payment options may include Cash on Delivery and prepaid online payment. Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree or another payment service displayed at checkout. We do not store your complete card or UPI credentials.
5. Product use
Bodhi hair oils are for external use only. Follow the directions and caution information shown on the label. Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Product information is general hair and scalp care information and is not medical advice or a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Individual results may vary.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or fraudulent orders. Website content, product names, logos and design remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hishopie Naturals is not responsible for indirect loss arising from misuse of a product or failure to follow label instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
